Service rates
ICBC and WorkSafeBC visits are direct-billed at no cost to eligible patients. Select a discipline to view its full price list.
Direct billing
We offer direct billing to select providers for eligible services. Coverage varies between plans, so please confirm your coverage, co-payments, and deductibles with your insurer before your appointment.
Direct billing cannot be guaranteed at every appointment, as claim submission may be affected by individual policy details or insurer portals. A valid credit card on file may be required. Any amount not covered by insurance remains the patient's responsibility.

Payment
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. Receipts are provided for reimbursement where applicable. Payment for all services remains the responsibility of the patient.
Cancellations
We require 48 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or changes. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Changes may be made online or by contacting contact@retrievehealth.ca.

Where is Retrieve Health Centre located?
We're located at 628 6th Avenue, Suite 550, New Westminster, BC V3M 6Z1, serving the Royal City and surrounding Lower Mainland communities.
Do you offer direct billing, ICBC, and WorkSafeBC coverage?
Yes. We provide direct billing to many extended health insurers, and ICBC and WorkSafeBC (WSBC) visits are direct-billed at no cost to eligible patients.
Do I need a doctor's referral to book an appointment?
In British Columbia you do not need a referral to book physiotherapy, chiropractic, massage therapy, or kinesiology. Some extended health plans may require one for reimbursement, so please confirm with your insurer.
What services do you offer?
Physiotherapy (including pelvic health), chiropractic, registered massage therapy, and kinesiology, all under one roof in New Westminster.
How do I book an appointment?

What are your clinic hours?
We're open Tuesday to Friday 8:00am to 8:00pm, Saturday 9:00am to 4:00pm, and Sunday 10:00am to 4:00pm. We're closed Mondays.
